Our company was born with the mission of maintaining excellent quality within the reach of everyone, respecting our environment as much as possible.
WE INAUGURATED THE FIRST DRESSING PLANT IN PUENTE GENIL – CÓRDOBA, to control the olive process from its origin.
WE MOVED OUR PACKAGING FACILITIES IN CATALONIA TO AN INDUSTRIAL AREA OF BLANES – GERONA, to optimize our processes and expand our production capacity
WE CREATED THE COMPANY ACEITUNAS LA TORTOLA SL, being Alfonso Ariza Ortiz the main partner
EXPANSION OF FACILITIES IN ANDALUCIA, with the intention of centralizing the dressing and packaging processes, and being able to cover the entire national territory
WE OPENED OUR WAY TO EXPORT, MARKETING OUR PRODUCTS IN SEVERAL COUNTRIES

Our history
Our company is dedicated to the purchase, processing and distribution of any type of olives or pickles. Among the most outstanding varieties we can include HOJIBLANCA, OCAL, VERDIAL, ARBEQUINA, MANZANILLA, PICO LEMON, NATURAL MORADA, ETC.. and in pickles some varieties such as PICKLES, ONIONS, VARIANTS, CHILLI PEPPERS, PEPPERS, ETC.
We pack in any type of format, whether in cans, glass or PET, normally with our brand, although we also do private labels.
We are also dedicated to the framing and classification of olives for their subsequent sale in bulk, either in tank trucks or in bottles, the HOJIBLANCA variety being the one we use the most, both in brine and cooked.
At harvest time we also sell green or semi-dressed olives.
Our strongest market is the national one, although today we also market our products in other countries such as France, Germany or Portugal.
We also sell from our factory in Catalonia, all kinds of salted and preserved fish with our brand, such as: ANCHOVIES, ANCHOVIES, HERRINGS, PINCHOS, COD, TUNA, ETC…
Finally, it should also be noted that we sell top quality oil, also under our brand “LA TORTOLA DEL GENIL”, both in pet and glass.
